A golden opportunity to engage with the most famous, talented yet humble artist Dr. Janaki Rangarajan in a workshop to explore some key techniques in the art form.

Workshop 1:

Adavu Pedagogy [Advanced Level only]: A workshop geared towards a better understanding of the different layers of adavus including the different ways to use them to showcase both pure Nritta and also as part of storytelling. This workshop will also introduce the participants to the usage of rhythm in different ways.

Workshop 2:

Nritya workshop [Intermediate & Advanced Level]: A workshop in which participants will learn a choreography of Dr. Janaki Rangarajan that explores the aspects of both pure Nirtta and Abhinaya.

Date and Timing: November 23rd, 2019  12 pm -3 pm

All participants will receive a soft copy of the original Music file at the end of the session.
